The Real Estate Committee stressed the importance of cooperation
between the private sector and the government and semi governmental
sectors concerned to overcome the difficulties facing the real estate
sector, praising the great cooperation shown by the Secretariat of the
Eastern Region and the Saudi Electricity Company in their response to
cooperate in this regard.
This was at the meeting held recently by the Committee chaired by the Chairman
of the Committee, Dr. Bassam Boudi, to review all the
achievements of the last period of the year 2017.
In this regard, the Committee discussed means of cooperation with the
General Authority for Real Estate, stressing the need to communicate
with officials of the committee.
The Committee expressed its sincere thanks and appreciation to a
member of the Board of Directors of Asharqia Chamber previously and
the Chairman of the Real Estate Committee previously businessman Ahmed
Bin Sulaiman Al Rumaih for his participation in the first version of the
real estate program A man and an experience, which was held last Monday,
as the dialogue enriched his distinguished experience in investing in
real estate activity.
